How It Works
LP Relations maintains a structured LP database with commitment size, contact preferences, relationship owner, and full interaction history. Each LP record is enriched with engagement signals: email open rates, response latency, and meeting cadence.
At the start of each reporting cycle, the skill pulls fund performance data from your model, portfolio KPI updates, and market index benchmarks. It drafts the quarterly letter using your firm's voice and template, flagging sections that require human review or updated data.
Capital Call Automation
When a capital call is triggered, the skill calculates each LP's pro-rata obligation based on their committed capital and fund drawdown schedule. It generates individual call notices in PDF format, personalizes the cover note, and sends via your preferred email provider.
Distribution notices follow the same flow — waterfall calculations, per-LP amounts, and wire instructions are packaged into a single outbound batch.
Fundraising Pipeline
During an active fundraise, LP Relations tracks every prospect from first contact to signed subscription agreement. Each prospect has a stage (introduced, pitched, diligencing, soft-circled, closed), an estimated commitment, and a probability score. The pipeline view gives the GP a live read on where the fund is tracking to close.
